April was busy. We were finally able to throw a Pokemon Trainer party. Cooper and his friends LOVED competing in Pokemon themed games. It was fun, easy and a hit. We invited 14 friends thinking half would come. But 12 came! Cooper made out like a bandit with presents.
Cooper really wanted a Nintendo DSi xl for his birthday. He had saved his paper route money. Grandpa and Grandpa Quiggle gave money as did we for his present. Yet he was $50 short of the $180 he needed (he had paid tithing and 10% savings on all these incomes!). He decided to return all but 5 of the presents he got from his party. With that money he paid cash for the DSi. Spence and I cannot believe how patient he was. And to return presents showed how badly he wanted a new gamer. Our boy is growing up!
