No more training wheels for Cooper. I really did not think he could do it, but after boosting courage with safety gear, 3 tries, one discouraged fit, and a change to a smaller bike, Cooper did it! He is a pro already, riding down the street, up driveways, and around people.
I would like to brag and say that my teaching style is amazing. I taught my kid in 5 minutes! My niece Grace was over and she wanted to try. After about 30 minutes I had her riding also. This was a proud moment for me as a Mother. Cooper felt accomplished. We looked at each other and cheered when he took off by himself and never needed help again.
One more milestone to document. My heart is full enjoying our family, but it is still sad to see them grow up. Savannah could run faster than ride her trike in past years, but this summer she finally took to it and is ready for a princess bike. She also puts her shoes on the wrong feet every time; this picture makes me smile.

I say we set the two up for a little trike race - Jesse always puts his shoes on the wrong feet, too! Very funny! Can I send my oldest up for bike lessons, we still can't seem to get her riding!!!
Wow that's so cool that you taught them that fast. We may have to come to you when Oliver gets to that point.
That's awesome, can you come over and help me with Ashley when you're in town??? Yes she can't do it yet, stop laughing...
That's awesome Cooper!
We'll have to let the kids ride bikes this summer at mom and dads house. Maybe that'll motivate Gavin to like his bike.
Savy's hair looks so dark! Love you guys!!
They are such pros now! I can't tell you how proud I am of you Julie and the kids. Looking at these pictures and reading your comments makes my heart swell and I feel so happy!
