Our adventure began at Mission Bay. We picnicked on Subway and played at the playground. We then Biked, scootered, ran 3.5 miles along the bay. I have never enjoyed a run as much as this. If I only lived here I would run the bay instead of the snowy Legacy Trail. The walk was busy with families everywhere enjoying the sun and using their new Christmas Presents. I walked with my Dad and watched my kids go fast on their scooters. I loved it.
Next was La Jolla Shores. Maggie was so excited to get down and run! I should learn to just bring swim suits in the winter. We all ended up splashed and soaked. My kids are beach bums at heart just like my Dad.
