Last night Spence's parents took all the grand kids to pick their own pumpkins!
First the kids ran through a maze, made from bails of hay. It was funny to watch the kids from atop a bridge. They excitedly ran and chased each other.
Then they picked 2 pumpkins each. This took a while as just the right size and shape was searched for.
We had a great time. I think we will definitely do this next year!

Pumpkin Patches are too much fun! We will have to go to the VanDerwerken Pumpkin Patch soon!
first of all, that kid in the brown coat could be coppers twin. Looks like you guys had fun and I am in LOVE with Savy's pick (What an awesome stem), not to mention her pink boots. Looks like a blast.
We had a great time there, too - what a great place. Looks like you beat us by a day - you probably got all the good pumpkins - didn't you!:)
