is still 100% social. She is fitting in great in Kindergarten. She has friends and loves her homework. She is slow with recognizing letters and numbers, but is excelling at learning the songs, coloring, and memorizing the beginner readers. I have relaxed soo much and worry less about the future. Yet I still worry.
Today Savannah had her yearly ophthalmologists appointment. (Round trip this took 4 hours. ARG) Her vision has once again improved from 20/70 to now 20/50. I do feel like she is our miracle, and has been blessed by prayer.
My heart still aches as she still struggles with faces, often going to the wrong mom at the park or waving to the wrong mom at church. She is soo busy that she will not slow down to be careful. She runs into doors, walls, toys, cabinets, people, all the time. But she is happy. She is truly joyful. And that calms my fears. She came to our family strong and happy. And she still is.
